UBUNTU Vs LINUX MINT

Here is a comparision between ubuntu and linux mint. Both of them are popular and the leading distros in the market. Linux Mint is more stable compared to Ubuntu during recent years. Many users are migrating to Linux Mint because the recent releases of Ubuntu contains lot of bugs and crash problems. Linux Mint is actually developed from Ubuntu and Debian. Ubuntu uses its own desktop environment "Unity" as the default environment whereas Linux Mint uses MATE and Cinnamon by default. Cinnamon is a combination of Gnome Shell and Gnome 2 panels. Both these distros are almost similar technically, but Linux Mint is a bit ahead.
